Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a professional engineer or eligible to register.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure with leadership.
• Proven project management and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary engineering design projects and teams to meet requirements.
• Contribute to functional and detailed design and construction activities.
• Interact with clients, agencies, utilities and stakeholders.
• Plan scope, schedule, budget, quality, communications, and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal experts to deliver holistic solutions and leverage AI-enabled tools.
