Job summary

TTI Canada is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead forecast development across Sales, Channel and Product teams, while optimizing inventory and driving automation and Ai-enabled reporting. You will partner with manufacturing and customer teams to ensure strong fill rates and aligned budgets in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role emphasizes improving forecast accuracy, implementing new tools, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to meet promotional and demand needs.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years in supply chain experience.
• Proficiency in ERP Systems (SAP, Logility, Power BI) and Excel data analysis.
• An analytical and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budget development with Sales, Product, Channel and Finance teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements and rollout new tools for supply chain performance.
• Manage customer inventory relationships and align forecasts with Sales and Finance.
• Analyze demand patterns and inventory to improve forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales/Channel on promos to ensure availability.
• Forecast promotional orders and allocate to customers.
• Plan launches and transition forecasts for new products.
• Review forecast changes with US Supply team to minimize E&O and lost sales.
• Generate reports on in-stock levels, forecast accuracy and inventory.
