You will design and animate complex UI/FUI and on-screen graphics, shape visual direction with production teams, and mentor other designers while remaining hands-on.

This role emphasizes storytelling, fast-read visuals, and strong delivery under production constraints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with senior-level judgment and execution.
• Expert command of major design and motion tools listed in qualifications.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, rhythm, and motion.
• Portfolio demonstrating work on film, television, games, or narrative interfaces.
• Ability to move fluidly from concept to direction, build, and final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate complex UI/FUI and on-screen graphics systems for film and television.
• Help shape, clarify, and elevate artistic direction in collaboration with production and other creatives.
• Interpret vision needs early, turning them into something the team can build from.
• Take on the most challenging builds and provide stronger direction, judgment, or execution.
• Use sketches, references, motion studies, mockups, and examples to direct work clearly.
• Mentor other designers through direct feedback, practical support, and high standards.
• Push design beyond the expected when it strengthens the scene, while protecting the brief and production constraints.
• Own outcomes, not just deliverables.
