Collins Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Underwriter, Residential Mortgages, Credit & Business Development for a major Canadian lender. The role blends underwriting expertise with broker relationship management to grow the funded mortgage portfolio.

You will underwrite complex transactions, structure lending solutions, and cultivate profitable broker partnerships across the Canadian market.

Competenze

• 10+ years of retail credit adjudication experience.
• 5+ years of residential mortgage underwriting experience.
• Demonstrated business development capabilities, including establishing new broker relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience underwriting complex residential mortgage transactions.
