Job summary

The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer to design, deploy, monitor, and operationalize ML/AI solutions. You will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transform opportunities into scalable, production-grade AI at scale.

You will implement CI/CD pipelines, establish governance, and ensure regulatory compliance across cloud-native platforms while supporting Generative AI initiatives and advanced analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise ML development and deployment.
• Hands-on with Databricks Lakehouse and MLflow.
• Experience with end-to-end MLOps on Databricks/AWS SageMaker or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify and operationalize AI/ML use cases delivering business value.
• Design and maintain enterprise MLOps frameworks for training, deployment, monitoring, governance.
