Job summary

Artemis Gold Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Technology Specialist to lead the integration of OT across the Blackwater Mine site.

You will drive data-driven improvements in safety, reliability, and productivity, delivering dashboards and performance metrics to support timely decisions. The role requires 5–8 years in OT, data analytics, or improvement initiatives in mining or heavy industry, with a bachelor’s degree or technical diploma.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in mining or related field.
5–8 years of progressive OT, data analytics, or improvement experience in mining or heavy industry.
Experience with data analytics, systems integration, or business improvement in mining.
P.Eng or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation, implementation and integration of operational technology across mining, processing, maintenance, and site support functions.
Identify opportunities using data, stakeholder input, risk, cost, feasibility and business value.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve safety, reliability, productivity, cost effectiveness, and efficiency with measurable benefits.
Develop trusted data sources, KPIs, automate reporting, and deliver dashboards for timely decisions.
