Artemis Gold Inc. seeks a Drill and Blast Engineer for the Blackwater Mine site to design, plan, and optimize drilling and blasting for safe, productive operations. You will work with the Short-Range Planner to align drill and blast plans with business goals.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Mine or Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of mine experience, Deswik proficiency, and open-pit survey experience. Camp-based 2 weeks on/off rotation and strong project management are essential.

Reporting to the Superintendent of Mine Engineering, the Drill and Blast Engineer will be responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and optimization of drilling and blasting activities to facilitate a safe, productive and cost-effective program. This role will work closely with the Short-Range Planner to ensure drill, blast, and mining activities meet the required business goals.
