Job summary
MNP is hiring a Senior Microsoft Solution Architect to shape and deliver modern customer engagement solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and the broader Microsoft Cloud. The role is highly client-facing, linking business objectives to scalable designs and leading delivery from pre-sales through go-live.
You will mentor teams, evolve delivery standards, and stay ahead of Microsoft's roadmap, while building trusted client relationships and guiding strategic pursuits.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years delivering Microsoft Business Applications or enterprise CRM solutions.
- Deep knowledge of multiple Dynamics 365 capabilities including Sales and Customer Service.
- Strong experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate and enterprise integrations.
- Experience leading complex implementations from discovery through go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- Design end-to-end solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and related modules.
- Facilitate discovery and Solution Blueprint workshops with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and supportable designs.
