Job summary

MNP is seeking a Senior Microsoft Solution Architect to shape and deliver modern customer engagement solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and the Microsoft Cloud. This is a highly client‑facing role spanning pre‑sales, discovery, solution blueprint, implementation, governance and go‑live.

You will mentor delivery teams, help evolve our delivery standards, stay current with AI capabilities, and build trusted client relationships while translating business needs into scalable,

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications or enterprise CRM solutions, including significant Solution Architecture experience.
• Deep knowledge of multiple Dynamics 365 capabilities, ideally including Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center and/or Customer Insights.
• Strong experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate and enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading complex implementations from discovery through go‑live.
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to facilitate executive, business and technical conversations.
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively and guide clients toward practical, sustainable solutions.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, Azure DevOps, requirements, testing and release management.
• Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership to delivery teams.
• Interest or practical experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, generative AI and agent‑based solutions.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications and a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field are considered assets.
