Job summary

MNP is strengthening its Digital Solutions practice in Toronto with a Senior Microsoft Solution Architect who will shape and deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across sales, service, and insights. You will lead pre-sales, discovery, blueprinting, and go-live, while mentoring delivery teams and aligning with Microsoft roadmap.

You will work closely with clients to translate business goals into scalable architectures, foster trusted relationships, and contribute to reusable patterns

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years delivering Microsoft Business Applications or enterprise CRM solutions.
• Deep knowledge of multiple Dynamics 365 capabilities including Sales, Service or Insights.
• Strong experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate and enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading complex implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to facilitate executive, business and technical conversations.
• Guide clients toward practical, sustainable solutions and Agile delivery.
• Experience mentoring delivery teams and contributing to reusable standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery and Solution Blueprint workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

• Guide delivery teams through design decisions, backlog refinement, validation and production readiness.
• Help clients identify meaningful uses for Copilot and agent-based solutions.
• Support estimates, proposals, demos and strategic pursuits.
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate trade-offs, risks and recommendations clearly.
• Mentor consultants and architects and contribute to reusable standards, patterns and accelerators.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and AI capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and AI capabilities and bring that learning into client solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• 8–10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications or enterprise CRM solutions, including significant Solution Architecture experience.
• Deep knowledge of multiple Dynamics 365 capabilities, ideally including Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center and/or Customer Insights.
• Strong experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate and enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading complex implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to facilitate executive, business and technical conversations.
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively and guide clients toward practical, sustainable solutions.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, Azure DevOps, requirements, testing and release management.
• Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership to delivery teams.
• Interest or practical experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, generative AI and agent-based solutions.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications and a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field are considered assets.

This is a current opportunity with an ideal hiring range of between $115,000 to $165,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
