Job summary

RSM is seeking a Manager in our Program and Project Management practice to lead complex Microsoft programs, directing multi-workstream initiatives across Dynamics 365 ERP/CE, Power Platform, Azure, and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with VP- and Director-level clients, manage budgets from $3M-$8M, and guide teams of 10–20 to successful delivery.

You will mentor consultants, shape delivery standards, and contribute to proposals while navigating SAFe, Scrum, and waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise programs in a management consulting setting.
• Proven Microsoft-based programs or workstreams with multi-million budgets.
• Strong governance, financial tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management on enterprise Microsoft implementations.
• Travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Microsoft programs and multi-workstream initiatives.
• Manage governance, RAID, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with VP- and Director-level stakeholders.
• Support Microsoft co-sell motions and proposal development.
