Job summary

RSM Canada is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across the project lifecycle, coordinating teams and ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget.

You will establish cost-benefit analyses, communicate status to the Program Director and stakeholders, and guide projects through SDLC while ensuring CRM implementations (Microsoft Dynamics CE) align with business goals. A strong leader with financial acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience leading technical teams with strong project management and systems/technology development expertise.
• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM solutions within budget, scope and cost, Microsoft Dynamics CE.
• Proven leader with the ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams.
• Proven business facing skills.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning.
• Ability to multi-task and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technology, ability to learn new technologies and applying them.
• Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of assigned projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish cost benefit analyses through required phases of the project.
• Communicate project status, risk, and issues to Program Director and stakeholders.
• Plan projects including assembling teams, assigning deliverables, and developing plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables to support business goals.
• Revise project plan as needed to meet changing requirements while following SDLC.
• Manage all aspects of CE implementations.
