Job summary

RSM is seeking a Manager, Power Platform & Modern Front-End Engineering to lead the delivery of enterprise‑grade solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, with strong emphasis on React, Angular, and Next.js. This role sits at the intersection of low‑code acceleration and modern web engineering.

You will guide hands‑on technical teams, mentor developers, set architectural direction, review designs, and ensure delivery excellence across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application development or solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong experience with modern front-end technologies, including: React, Angular, and/or Next.js.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight for Power Platform and front-end projects.
• Mentor and grow a team of developers, driving skills development and performance.
• Partner with architects and leads to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Lead technical discovery, solution shaping, and prototyping efforts with clients.
