Job summary

ThoughtStorm Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead to deliver enterprise CRM, Customer Service, and case management solutions from design to deployment.

You will lead Dynamics development teams, mentor engineers, and establish development standards while driving Azure-based integrations, Power Platform risk management, and CI/CD practices across cross-functional teams. Public-sector experience is a plus.

Job Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer – Technical Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead to deliver enterprise CRM, Customer Service, and case management solutions.

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience, 5 years with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience leading MS Dynamics development teams, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing development standards.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Service Workspace, Agent Experience Profiles, session templates, workstreams, and routing.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, data modeling, security, plug-ins, workflows, and low-code/custom development.
• Experience designing Azure solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, App Services, Azure Storage, and Key Vault.
• Experience developing enterprise integrations and implementing Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solution architectures and lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with permitting, licensing, registration, inspection, compliance, or case management solutions is highly relevant; public-sector experience is an asset.
