Job summary

Alianz Development Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead for Dynamics 365 implementations, focusing on Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Pages and Azure integrations.

You will own the solution design and build for the Dynamics 365 back office, Power Pages portals, and connecting Azure-based systems with ERP, identity, and reporting environments. You will lead a small delivery team, define technical standards, and establish ALM practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 CE (Dataverse).
• Proven delivery of at least two full-lifecycle D365/Power Platform implementations in a technical-lead role.

Technical lead for Dynamics 365 implementations: Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Pages and Azure. You will be the hands-on technical lead for implementations of Dynamics 365 for regional apprenticeship authorities — owning the solution design and build of the Dynamics 365 / Dataverse back office, the Power Pages portals, and the Azure-based integrations that connect them to client ERP, identity and reporting environments. You will lead a small delivery team, set technical standards and ALM practice.

Requirements: 7+ years of professional software development, including 5+ years on Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 CE (Dataverse). Proven delivery of at least two full-lifecycle D365/Power Platform implementations in a technical-lead role. Legally eligible to work in Canada; able to pass public-sector background/security screening.
