Job summary

ThoughtStorm Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead to deliver enterprise CRM, Customer Service, and case management solutions from design to deployment.

You will lead Dynamics development teams, mentor engineers, and establish development standards while driving Azure-based integrations, Power Platform risk management, and CI/CD practices across cross-functional teams. Public-sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years software development experience
• 5+ years with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Proven experience leading Dynamics development teams
• Mentoring developers and conducting code reviews
• Experience with Azure services and low-code development
