Reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture, a career in the Solutions Architecture team within our Products & Technology organization offers opportunities to develop new business models leveraging our expertise to create solutions for the digital market. The focus is on data-driven platforms and intellectual property-based solutions utilizing emerging technologies. Building these solutions fosters innovation, enhances market relevance, and drives revenue.

Role Overview: As a Senior Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping architecture, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Designing and implementing low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to solve business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
3. Overseeing and assessing development work by vendor teams.
4. Translating complex business requirements into technical designs, emphasizing Microsoft Search, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform capabilities.
5. Leading adoption of best practices for low-code/no-code development, search optimization, and AI tools within Microsoft ecosystem.
6. Supporting Enterprise Architects in technology solution assessments.
7. Engaging in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with clients.
8. Supervising vendor developers and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
9. Continuously improving development and design techniques and growing personal skills aligned with company strategies.

Experiences and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Certification preferred.
• Microsoft Development Certifications preferred.
• Extensive experience working in agile teams and with product delivery.
• Experience with SharePoint (SPO) and Power Platform.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise solutions with a cloud-first approach.
• Experience with Azure Services and Microsoft Search.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI automation, and customization.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices such as CI/CD, virtualization, and automation.
