Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer- Identity & Security to own, secure, and govern our enterprise cloud environment. The role emphasizes Entra ID, access governance, and security across Microsoft 365, with automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

The candidate will lead end-to-end configuration, policy enforcement, and continuous improvement across the environment in a senior hands-on capacity, ensuring reliability and security for North America operations.

Qualifications

5–8+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security, identity, and governance.
Strong Entra ID and IAM expertise.
Enterprise experience with Defender and Purview for data protection and governance.

Responsibilities

Own the M365 tenant administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Manage Entra ID, identity lifecycle, authentication, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and privileged access governance.
Administer Intune for device configuration and security.
Maintain Defender policies and security configurations across the environment.
Administer Purview for DLP, retention, and eDiscovery.
Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automations to streamline admin tasks.
Establish governance standards, licensing baselines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot complex issues and drive end-to-end ownership of the Microsoft environment.
