Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Senior Identity and Messaging Consultant within the Professional Services organization to advise enterprise and public sector clients on Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange engagements, leading the service delivery functions and technical teams involved with planning, setup, configuration, and migration management solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendor representatives on Teams deployments, mentor staff, and pursue relevant certifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing professional services role or 7+ years in related industry experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Certifications updated for AD, M365, Azure, Windows Server Hybrid, On-Demand Migration for M365 and AD, ITIL v4 Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery functions and technical teams for AD, M365, Exchange, and migration management solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, end-users, and vendors on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Teams per SLAs.
• Mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers, and Technicians on technical and soft skills.
• Act as a technical authority and advisor for complex deployments and client engagements.
