Coeff Mining is seeking a Metallurgy Supervisor at the Rainy River mine in Ontario to lead the metallurgy team and drive process improvements. The role reports to the Chief Metallurgy and focuses on optimizing plant performance and technical support for operations.

Qualifications

8-10 years of gold milling experience.
Accredited University degree in Chemical, Process or Metallurgical Engineering.
Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, MS Project; knowledge of quantitative risk analysis.

Responsibilities

Supervise the Metallurgy team to improve plant performance.
Provide technical support to the Operations group.
Ensure Health, Safety and Environment policies & procedures are followed by direct reports.
Lead continuous improvement through SOPs and best practices.
Data entry and analysis for daily, weekly and monthly metallurgical reporting.
