Job summary

Coeur Mining is seeking an experienced Mill Operator for the Rainy River site in Ontario. You will responsibly operate processing circuits, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and support safe, efficient production on a 14/14 shift pattern.

Applicants should have 5+ years milling experience, DeltaV familiarity, and strong mechanical and computer skills. Camp accommodations and travel are available as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of milling experience in a production environment.
• Experience operating mill circuits: Grinding, Leaching, Reagents, CND, Tailings.
• Knowledge of DeltaV or a comparable process-control system; troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and computer-based operating equipment.
• Ability to work safely and effectively both independently and as a team.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (14/14).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing plant circuits as assigned by the Mill Supervisor.
• Conduct regular inspections of circuits and address issues promptly.
• Support safe operation of all mill areas and report unsafe conditions.
• Develop knowledge of all mill circuits through training and hands-on experience.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas at all times.
