DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate to own the strategy and execution of merchant support, transforming experiences into scalable, tech-first solutions. You will drive merchant satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by leading cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, marketing, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 2–4+ years in consulting/strategy/operations or related fields; startup experience is a plus.
• Proven track record on cross-functional initiatives and ambitious goals.
• Demonstrated ownership, proactivity, and bias for action.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making (SQL/Excel).
