DoorDash Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to lead the Dasher & Logistics marketplace across Canada. You will translate goals into execution plans, drive performance on speed, quality, and costs, and oversee pay strategy, incentives, and cost controls.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, partner with cross-functional leaders, and balance growth with profitability in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading people managers and building teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Translate company and regional goals into Canada-focused execution plans.
• Own country-level operating strategy and weekly to quarterly priorities.
• Manage pay strategy, incentives, supply programs, and re-engagement efforts.
