Job summary

DoorDash is hiring an Associate Manager on the Strategy & Operations team for Retail. You will identify new areas, partner with product, design, analytics and engineering to build and scale Retail products from concept to launch.

You will prototype ideas, create product visions, and apply AI tools to automate workflows, while staying at the forefront of AI-driven work; the role blends strategy, operations, and product in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in similar analytical, cross-functional roles.
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identify net-new areas with a right to win and work cross-functionally to build and scale new Retail products.
• Develop tracking dashboards and own week-over-week movement and quarterly targets.
• Build models to evaluate costs and benefits of programs and experiments using SQL, Excel, and AI tools.
• Launch new products from idea to launch, balancing strategy with operational details.
