Job summary

Amico is hiring a MEP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for large-scale Ontario projects. The role requires coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and associated systems with cross-disciplinary teams on ICI and P3 builds.

We seek a senior professional with 10+ years in medium-rise or ICI construction, familiar with P3 models, and capable of BIM-driven coordination using Revit/Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in medium-rise or ICI projects.
• Familiarity with Progressive Design-Build, Design-Build-Finance, or P3 models.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & coordination of MEP packages across projects.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Lead site testing, commissioning, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate BIM clash detection and spatial integration.
• Manage interfaces between MEP, civil, and architectural works.
• Review ITPs, method statements, and procurement activities.
