Qualifications

• Plan, direct, and oversee all on-site plumbing, mechanical and electrical activities.
• Review and coordinate drawings and documentation to streamline workflows.
• Supervise on-site progress to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays.
• Work safely on an active construction site per Health & Safety Plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate RFIs and shop drawing approvals with stakeholders.
• Monitor material and labor costs and report quality metrics.
• Support resource planning and procurement for timely delivery.
• Lead project closeout, inspections, and handover.
