Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a skilled Meetings & Conferences coordinator to support logistical planning and execution for marketing events. You will coordinate registrations, travel, rooming lists, equipment, and on-site operations while ensuring adherence to budgets and internal standards.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage external vendors, and provide timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent in marketing operations or events.
• BS/BA in marketing, communications, or life sciences, or MA/MS with related experience.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Flexibility to thrive in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Excellent listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for building positive working relationships and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting and conference logistics including registrations, travel, rooming lists, and A/V requirements.
• Handle contracts, purchase requests, and budget tracking for events.
• Onsite support to ensure smooth meetings and conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop status reports, surveys, and metrics to identify improvements.
