Schroeder Ambulatory Centre is seeking a Senior Medical Affairs Specialist to support operational, administrative, and strategic functions within Medical Affairs. You will collaborate with executives, physician leaders, and clinical teams to drive credentialing, onboarding, governance, and program implementation across multiple clinical programs.

The role demands strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years in Medical Affairs, physician administration, or healthcare operations.
• Experience working with physicians and senior healthcare leaders is preferred.
• Knowledge of credentialing, privileging, and Medical Staff governance processes is an asset.
• Experience with Medical Advisory Committees, accreditation, or regulatory processes is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician recruitment and onboarding activities across assigned clinical programs.
• Serve as senior Medical Affairs contact for physicians on credentialing, agreements, onboarding, and policies.
• Coordinate governance activities for Medical Advisory Committee and Medical Staff governance.
• Oversee physician readiness, including recruitment, credentialing, contracting, and onboarding.
• Develop physician workflows and onboarding processes for Medical Affairs procedures.
• Lead physician orientations and Medical Staff events and training.
