Job summary

Zenith, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Senior Planner in Toronto. You will analyze data to guide media decisions, develop and adjust budgets, and present plans to clients. Strong analytical, negotiation, and teamwork skills are essential for driving measurable business outcomes.

You’ll work within a strategy team focused on human insights, collaborating with media partners and internal teams to deliver effective campaigns and growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications preferred.
• +3 years in a Media Strategy role.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating.
• Able to work in a team with high workload and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze marketing, industry, and human insights data to determine the client’s advertising and media needs.
• Create, update, and maintain key media planning documents; update/approve budgets and track plan changes across planning systems.
• Develop understanding of client’s business and competitive landscape; assist in budget allocations across media.
• Present plans to the client brand group with senior team support.
• Communicate media objectives, strategies, and execution guidelines to execution teams.
• Maintain relationships with media suppliers and stay abreast of market conditions.
• Participate in the full financial workflow and ensure budgets remain accurate.
