Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs for assigned projects.
• Develop and manage bid submissions to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to identify scope, risks, and exclusions.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes and perform value engineering where appropriate.
