Job Description: Marketing Operations Specialist at Compass Digital

Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Lifecycle campaign mapping to build and launch Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys.
- Create and manage creative briefs & SOPs for journey components, ensuring detailed planning for successful customer interactions.
- Manage campaign deployment schedules and deliverables with set timelines.
- Advise on best practices, testing, and capabilities to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Consult on channel utilization and support technical and operational execution of customer journeys with clear KPIs.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on journey performance, sharing insights and metrics.
- Conduct testing on segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization strategies, including QA with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting data queries and identifying operational process improvements.
- Support the identification of platform innovations and strategic recommendations with the Digital Expansion team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in marketing automation/operations, preferably with digital products/services expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Marketing Cloud/Pardot) or similar platforms like Marketo, Hubspot, Braze, Adobe Experience Manager.
- Deep understanding of digital channels, especially email and mobile marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments, translating high-level goals into actionable tactics.
- Nice-to-have: Litmus, HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SQL, or eagerness to learn.
