  • Integrated Campaigns: Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns that create a consistent, compelling customer experience and strengthen brand preference.
  • External Expert Engagement: Build strong relationships with Key External Experts and priority customers to surface evolving needs and shape category leadership.
  • Field Excellence Partnership: Partner with Sales to translate strategy into field execution, including high-quality sales force campaigns, tools, and customer engagement activities.
  • Performance Management: Monitor brand performance, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and optimize strategy and execution.
  • Launch Excellence: Lead and support launch readiness and execution for new products and indications within the GI portfolio.

  • Global Interface: Build strong relationships with global and regional marketing teams to leverage best practices and ensure Canadian needs inform global strategies.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage brand budgets effectively, making sound trade-offs to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Planning and Forecasting: Contribute to forecasting and business planning with robust customer, market, and competitive insights.
  • People Leadership: Coach, empower, and develop one direct report with clear priorities, feedback, and growth opportunities.
  • Adaptive Execution: Bring an agile mindset to shift across tumour areas, brands, and indications as portfolio priorities evolve.
Essential Skills/Experience:
