Hiring Requirements :
The Senior Marketing Manager will support cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated positioning strategies that commercialize new products and maximize brand exposure for Dempster’s & POM (Pantry, Tortillas, Bagels, etc.). Responsibilities include managing the brand P&L, launching innovative products, and developing strategic brand plans. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, passionate about food, customer, and consumer, with excellent relationship-building, strategic, problem-solving, business analytical, communication, and project management skills.
