The Senior Marketing Analyst will lead the measurement, attribution, and optimization of marketing efforts, delivering insights that drive smarter, data-informed decisions. This strategic role blends analytics, data visualization, and business strategy to elevate marketing performance. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining Tableau dashboards to help stakeholders track key metrics, and applying advanced methodologies to optimize spend, boost incremental revenue, and improve campaign outcomes. As a key contributor to the evolution of marketing measurement, this role will drive innovation, foster a data-driven culture, and collaborate cross-functionally to set performance goals and guide ongoing optimization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to define deliverables and roadmaps related to campaign measurement, online analytics, and ROI frameworks.
- Define objectives, measurement criteria, and technical requirements for pilot programs and established marketing initiatives.
- Design and analyze experiments and A/B tests to improve acquisition, engagement, and monetization across marketing channels.
- Provide analytical support through advanced modeling techniques (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling, Causal Impact Analyses) to evaluate campaign performance.
- Deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and ROI.
- Identify data trends and communicate key findings clearly and effectively.
- Introduce new tools, methodologies, and best practices in marketing analytics.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models and support goal-setting processes.
- Ensure data health, integration, and usability of the marketing tech stack within the enterprise data warehouse.
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of reports and dashboards to support operations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage the marketing team’s data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) for usability and functionality.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to define data source requirements for marketing analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics, data modeling, and performance measurement.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, experiment design, and causal inference methods.
- Experience building and maintaining forecasting and ROI models.
- Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis tools/languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 to $95,000 per annum (actual salary depends on experience and internal parity).
