• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership in high-volume production.
• Experience managing production operations across multiple facilities or locations.
• Experience implementing and sustaining standardized operational systems.
• Strong knowledge of CMS Epicor and production planning systems.
• Leading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple manufacturing departments across two locations.
• Oversee production operations and scheduling across facilities.
• Ensure standardized operational systems are in place and followed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase capacity and reduce costs.
• Monitor WIP, percent complete, and take corrective actions when needed.
