Job summary

Metrolinx in Ontario seeks a Senior Manager, Utilities to lead the utility coordination team for the Hazel McCallion LRT project. You will guide interactions with project delivery partners, utility owners and government agencies to minimize risks and keep schedule and budget on track.

Responsibilities include developing 1–3 year planning for utilities, creating KPIs, and fostering leadership across the organization while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe practices.

Qualifications

• Lead utility coordination team within the HMLRT project delivery.
• Develop planning horizon for utilities coordination (1–3 years).
• Manage relationships with government agencies and utility owners.
• Provide specialist advice on utility coordination requirements for project progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of utility coordination resources embedded within the HMLRT Project Delivery Team.
• Develop and manage planning for utilities alignment with strategies and vision.
• Develop KPIs to assess processes and monitor timeliness; propose improvements.
• Cultivate relationships with leadership across external stakeholders to promote project objectives.
• Oversee TA/DP utility resource assessment and integration into delivery milestones.
