Job summary

Thrive Career Wellness Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, User Engagement in Canada to own how we guide, activate, and support participants across the platform. You will design journeys for diverse audiences, build automated communications, and measure impact to improve outcomes.

You will oversee Intercom workflows, partner with success, product, and marketing, and apply behavioral insights to reduce friction during critical moments of career transition.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience engaging audiences who need to be guided, activated, and supported through a hybrid people-led and online platform.
• Background at the intersection of communications strategy, CRM systems, and human outcomes in online learning, workforce development, or government employment services.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Intercom workflows you have configured yourself.

Responsibilities

• Design the communication through the entire participant journey—activation, engagement and outcome—for distinct audiences.
• Own our engagement systems and automation, building, testing, and maintaining sequences and triggers.
• Own engagement metrics, design tests with pre/post measurement, and iterate based on evidence.
