Job summary

Thrive Career Wellness is looking for a Global Head of Workforce Development to lead and scale Thrive's Workforce Development business unit. You will own the P&L, lead the team, develop relationships with government stakeholders worldwide, close deals, and set the direction for the unit.

We seek a leader skilled in government-funded programs, commercial growth, and partnerships with employers and sector bodies, driving pipeline and program performance across regions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in workforce development or related field.
• Proven track record of winning and managing government contracts.
• Demonstrated commercial leadership with P&L ownership and team leadership.
• Experience leading RFP responses in employment and workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workforce Development P&L and sales motion, including government contracts.
• Build senior government and employer relationships and guide proposal strategy.
• Lead, respond to RFPs, and manage pricing, with market soundings and vendor days.
• Drive renewals and scope expansion across accounts with program governance.
