The Senior Manager, Training, is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and execution of FLINT’s enterprise-wide training and development framework. This role provides leadership across the full employee development lifecycle, from organizational training strategy and program design through implementation, delivery, competency management, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
As a trusted leader, the Senior Manager, Training partners closely with Operations, Human Resources, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality, the Project Management Office (PMO), and business leaders to build workforce capability and organizational effectiveness. This role ensures all training initiatives align with corporate objectives, operational excellence standards, regulatory requirements, and workforce development priorities.
