Job summary

FLINT is seeking a Senior Manager, Training, to lead strategic development and execution of the enterprise-wide training framework across operations and corporate functions in Canada. You will design programs, establish governance, and drive adoption of FLINT Academy and related platforms.

You will partner with senior leaders to align capabilities with business goals, oversee competency management, and ensure regulatory and safety requirements are met while building a high-performing learning

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• CPHR designation or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in training and development.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience building enterprise-wide training frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and competency management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FLINT’s enterprise-wide training framework.
• Lead training programs across Leadership Development, HSE, Quality, PMO, HR and others.
• Establish competency frameworks and career progression pathways.
• Measure training effectiveness with KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and advise on learning strategy.
