Bilingual Source is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards & Well-Being – Bilingual (English/French) in Toronto. The role leads the Total Rewards function and collaborates with senior leadership to shape compensation, benefits and wellbeing programs in a large public Canadian organization.

The position offers a base salary of $130,000–$140,000 CAD with a 20% target bonus (multipliers may apply) and a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in at least 2 of: compensation, pensions, benefits, disability management.
• Experience within a complex, multi-site organization.
• Intermediate French for internal dialogue.
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment.
• Ability to handle highly confidential compensation information with senior leadership.

Senior Manager, Total Rewards & Well-Being – Bilingual (English/French) | Toronto | Hybrid

We’re recruiting a Senior Manager, Total Rewards & Well-Being – Bilingual (English/French) for a large, publicly traded Canadian organization operating in the industrial sector and supporting major infrastructure initiatives across Canada.

Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 base (negotiable based on experience) + 20% target bonus (with a 2 times multiplier)

Hybrid: 3 days per week in office

This individual will lead a team of 2–3 and play a key role in the organization’s Total Rewards function.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the development and implementation of the organization’s Total Rewards strategy
• Compensation and salary structures
• Variable and executive compensation programs
• Pension and group benefits
• Disability management programs
• Vendor and consultant relationships
• Regulatory compliance and reporting
• Providing Total Rewards guidance to HR, Finance and senior leadership

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of people management experience
• Strong experience in at least 2 of these 4 areas: compensation, pensions, benefits and disability management
• Experience within a complex, multi-site organization
• Intermediate/coversational French for basic internal dialogue
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and highly confidential compensation information
