We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in the OLBB Production Support role. This position prioritizes and supports the work of customer-facing and internal platforms on a 24x7 basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and maintaining platform health scores and adoption rates, managing the stability, accessibility, scalability, security, and innovation of the platform. Additionally, this role coordinates the activities of technology, design, security, and marketing teams to develop platform strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans. Managing relationships with vendors for support, compliance, license tracking, and other needs is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with stakeholders to understand the platform vision, align, and deliver on the roadmap.
  • Document business rules, functional/technical specifications, and process interpretations for assigned applications, process flows, systems, and business solutions.
  • Analyze platform data to drive and implement optimizations.
  • Prioritize work of components or groups of components used by customers/end users.
  • Understand the competitive and strategic position of the organization to deliver best-in-industry products.
  • Ensure compliance with service and support agreements and standards.
  • Manage technical requirements such as APIs and other platform components with a focus on security and resilience to protect end-users.
  • Foster a culture aligned with BMO's purpose, values, and strategy, and role model BMO values and behaviors in all activities.
  • Ensure alignment between values and behavior that fosters diversity and inclusion.

The salary range provided reflects BMO Financial group’s compensation range for the grade band associated with this position.

Salary placement within the range outlined above is role-based and will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set consistent, and competitive ranges. We regularly evaluate compensation, identify any changes in the market and adjust our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO’s comprehensive total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
