Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Senior Manager, Building Services to lead building operations across Ontario's Retirement and Long-Term Care divisions. You will oversee safety, compliance, and performance for facilities while coordinating with Operations, Procurement and other partners.

The role requires a strong track record in multi-site facilities leadership, independent decision-making, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, property management, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field.
• Certificate in Building Systems Management or equivalent credential is preferred.
• Minimum ten years of progressive experience in facilities, property, environmental services, building operations, or related multi-site function with significant people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for building services across Retirement and Long-Term Care divisions in assigned provinces.
• Lead, mentor and develop a geographically dispersed team of managers.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code, Fire Safety Planning and safety regulations.
• Monitor vendor performance and coordinate external service providers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance and HR to align programs and priorities.
