• Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring consulting teams.
• History of growing revenue, expanding accounts, and building delivery backlog.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive presence.
• Ability to balance business development with delivery leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supporting both public and private sector clients.

The ideal individual brings a blend of delivery leadership, client relationship management, and business development expertise, with a proven track record of growing accounts and leading consulting teams.

This role offers the opportunity to help shape and expand a national ServiceNow practice, drive strategic growth initiatives, and position themselves for future Partner-level leadership within a high-performing consulting environment.

Required Skills & Experience
