Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, Regulated Business Development to own the growth of Canada Gas regulated assets, including NGTL System and Canadian Mainline. You will lead opportunity development, coordinate with multiple teams, and influence capital decisions to maximize value.

The role requires deep regulatory and commercial acumen, executive communication, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across North American energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in business development, commercial strategy, or related roles in energy/infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead regulated growth portfolio development from concept to execution.
• Partner with Commercial, Forecasting, and System Design to shape growth opportunities.
• Own opportunities end-to-end, aligning stakeholders and securing approvals.
• Drive capital prioritization decisions and optimize growth across regulated assets.
• Prepare and present business cases to senior leadership and Directors.
