Acuity Inc. is seeking a seasoned Quality Leader to head the North American quality team (8–10 professionals).
You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with OEM requirements while rigorously integrating APQP and PPAP throughout the product development lifecycle. This role collaborates with Product Engineering, R&D, Sales and Operations to optimize product, process and service quality.

Lead and oversee the North American quality team (comprising 8 to 10 professionals) by fostering team engagement, continuous mentoring, and skills development. Proactively drive the product development lifecycle by rigorously integrating APQP and PPAP methodologies. Manage strategic and operational compliance with OEM customer requirements, while driving and implementing robust continuous improvement plans to optimize overall product, process, and service quality.
