Job summary

Sofina Foods Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Planning & Performance to drive planning improvements across the Commercial organization, enhance reporting, and increase transparency for Retail, Foodservice, Fresh Pork, Fresh Poultry, and Grocery Sales teams.

The role involves leading a team, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT to optimize processes and deliver strategic initiatives, with emphasis on governance, training, and communications.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• French written and oral communication skills considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements across the Commercial organization and ensure adoption of new standards across Sales teams.
• Lead, develop, and coach the Sales Planning & Performance team to implement tools that support strategic priorities.
• Ensure governance and training of tools like PRF, Listing/Delisting Forms, Field Sales Tablet tools.
• Develop, standardize, and improve reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate results and insights through the Commercial weekly report and Leadership Team meetings.
• Establish visibility on key initiatives to improve transparency and accountability across Sales.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing & Insights, Supply Chain, and IT to improve planning and operations.
• Directly manage the full-time Graphic Designer supporting Commercial and Sales needs.
• Own intake, prioritization, and scheduling of the creative work queue.
• Balance short-term requests with longer-term deliverables to protect focus on priorities.
