Movember is looking for a Senior Manager of Partnerships in Toronto. This pivotal role involves developing high-value partnerships, fostering relationships with corporations and foundations, and contributing to strategic objectives to further men's health initiatives globally. Ideal candidates will have robust experience in partnership development, effective communication skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Movember is the global leader in men’s health. Our focus is on mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Since beginning over drinks at a bar in 2003 in Melbourne, we’ve expanded internationally, raised over $1 billion for men’s health, and funded more than 1,320 men’s health-related projects globally.
As our Senior Manager of Partnerships, this role will play a pivotal role in delivering our long-term high-value partnerships strategy over the next 3-5 years. You will be responsible for growing a diverse portfolio of prospects, developing engagement strategies, and solicitation plans in support of Movember’s strategic priorities. With a passion for purpose-led partnerships, experience building credibility and trusting relationships, the ideal candidate will work alongside the Director of Partnerships to develop mutually beneficial partnerships across corporate organizations and philanthropic foundations.
You will lead the implementation of the new partnerships strategy, offering guidance through a growth mindset.
This role will also connect global conversations to develop new, impact-led Transformational global partnerships at scale.
