Job summary

The Ontario Cannabis Store is recruiting a Senior Manager, OCS.ca & eCommerce to drive commercial performance and growth of the Ontario online cannabis channel. You will own revenue, profitability, and customer experience, shaping strategy with cross-functional partners and delivering measurable results.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, translating insights into action while coaching a high-performing ecommerce team in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in eCommerce, Digital Commerce, Retail, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), or Omnichannel environments.
• Proven experience managing the commercial performance of a significant digital sales channel, with accountability for revenue, customer, and financial results.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing channel performance through a P&L lens.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strategic and customer-focused leadership with growth mindset and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of OCS.ca, including revenue, conversion, AOV, customer retention, profitability, and overall channel health.
• Develop and execute annual channel plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth strategies.
• Monitor channel financial performance and analyze results through a P&L lens to identify opportunities.
• Lead channel performance reviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive OCS.ca growth by leveraging customer, market, and industry insights to identify opportunities.
