  • Optimize fulfillment performance and experience, shipping costs, and cost-to-serve while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and continuous improvement opportunities, balancing customer, operational, regulatory, and financial objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing eCommerce team while fostering cross-functional collaboration, accountability, customer-centricity, and data-driven decision-making.
About You
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in eCommerce, Digital Commerce, Retail, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), or Omnichannel environments.
  • Proven experience managing the commercial performance of a significant digital sales channel, with accountability for revenue, customer, and financial results.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing channel performance through a P&L lens and making sound commercial decisions.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce performance drivers, including traffic, conversion, average order value, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage customer, digital, and operational data to drive business decisions and recommendations.
